Red Wine by Hahn Winery from Central Coast, California. This wine opens with lovely aromas of black cherry, cassis and raspberry. On the palate the soft grip of tannins melds with flavors of plum, dark chocolate and mocha. The finish is smooth and pleasing. The fruit for this Merlot was grown in superb Central Coast vineyards, most of which were located in Monterey County.
