The pulp of 36 passion fruits, the rind of 12 passion fruits, 1/2 cup of the liquid after cooking the skins, 1/2 cup of lemon juice/zest combined & 1 cup of sugar for every cup of the other ingredients combined. Cook until it passes the frozen saucer test.
