Roasted Red Pepper and Italian Sausage Pasta. Italian sausage is hard to find in Colombia (I'm sure I'll find it for a good price eventually) so we use ground hamburger meat and red pepper flakes to make it a little spicy! We also use tomatoes in the recipe to give it more of a sauce.
