Instead of spending lots of $$ to replace my faded outdoor cushions, I spray painted them using a paint sprayer (the HomeRight FinishMax Pro). I used a 1:1:1 mixture of water, paint, and fabric medium. After three coats, my cushions were better than new and completely water resistant!
